Beastie Boys Collection - Early to Mid-season indeterminate regular leaf plants produce a heavy set of 8-12 oz pink heart shaped fruits with a sweet flavor and a balance of moderate acidity. It is best to let these ripen to a dark pink color but are still firm. The best flavor occurs before the fruits are soft. This is another strong plant that keeps producing all season long.
